Sistema Ambiente would like to remind all users that the deadline for payment of the second instalment of the TARIC is 16 November 2026.

On that day, the offices at Borgo Giannotti will be open from 08:30 to 13:00 solely for the purpose of making payments via POS terminal.

If you have lost your invoice, you can request a new copy by sending an email to tariffarifiuti@sistemaambientelucca.it, stating the name of the contract holder, the tax code and the address.

Alternatively, you can contact the freephone number 800 275 445 or 0583 332 11, or contact the Tariff Office directly.

The Tariff Office is open:

Tuesdays and Thursdays: from 08:30 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 17:00.

Wednesdays: by appointment only.
